…ewed as “less than” others, a fair opportunity may be nonexistent and this is unequivocally unjust. Fostering an atmosphere of equality in the workplace is not enough. Putting into action fair treatment and recognition for the contributions of all employees is paramount to widespread business success.

Absolutely I agree with you. Racial discrimination is shocking and repulsive and it needs to stop. We're going through it here in Finland as women who wear the headscarf. All the best.
