- Text: You must specify if your book’s text has been generated with AI.
- Images: This must be declared if you’ve used AI to create images within your book.
- Translations: Any AI-generated translations used in your book should also be disclosed.
Levels of Editing:
For each of the above categories, KDP asks authors to indicate the level of human editing the content has undergone. The options are:
- Subsections with minimal or no editing
- Subsections with extensive editing
- The entire work with minimal or no editing
- Real work, with extensive editing
- Other
Providing Tool Details:
Authors must list the AI tools or software they used to generate their AI content.
