Known for its antiseptic and antibacterial characteristics, rosemary oil is wonderful for the hair. It has been traditionally used to fight hair problems such as brittle hair, dandruff, and hair loss.

The most crucial element is to dilute it correctly.

Start by applying the diluted oil to the scalp at night and wash it in the morning.

Avoid sensitive areas including the eye, mouth and nose.

I started using Rosemary oil consistently every 2–3 days a week and started to notice effects in as short as 3 months and significant decrease in hair fall.

A research study using rosemary leaf extract (separate from the essential oil) found that it increased hair growth. This occurred when hair loss was caused by testosterone (as in pattern baldness) (as in pattern baldness). This study was performed on mice, though.
