As we enter 2025, I’ve set an ambitious goal for my Shutterstock contributor journey: to publish 3,000 images by the end of the year!

Aiming High: The 3,000-Image Goal
Why 3,000 images? It’s a significant number, yes, but one rooted in strategy. Shutterstock’s tier system rewards volume, variety, and consistent quality. By aiming for this milestone, I hope to:
- Increase visibility: A more extensive portfolio means more opportunities for buyers to find my work.
- Reach higher tiers: Shutterstock’s system incentivizes contributors with higher royalties as they achieve more downloads.
- Create a passive income stream: With a diverse portfolio, my images can generate earnings long after uploading.
