After receiving a not-so-surprising diagnosis of my 10-year-old with ADHD later last year, I have been on a savaging research hunt for everything about natural methods for ADHD.
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder that affects attention, impulsivity, and hyperactivity.
While there is no known cure for ADHD, unfortunately, there are, however, many psychological tools and interventions that can help individuals with ADHD to manage their symptoms and improve their quality of life.
To keep things short and simple, I have compiled a list of the top six standard psychological tools for ADHD:
