AI is a combination of machine learning and data-driven software that incorporates multiple programming languages to train the algorithm to collect, process, and filter data in order to provide useful insights.

According to CodeBots.com, AI is defined as:

“Artificial Intelligence is a branch of computer science that endeavours to replicate or simulate human intelligence in a machine, so machines can perform tasks that typically require human intelligence. Some programmable functions of AI systems include planning, learning, reasoning, problem solving, and decision making.” — Source

The Use Of AI in Sales

AI plays a big role in running sales operations in all its stages, pre-sales, during sales, and after-sales.

The main aim of utilizing AI in sales is simply to ease the sales operations and provides valuable insights on current and future trends.

It does so by analyzing customer data and predicting their behavior through the use of the algorithm and sales tools run by AI.
